Support
Thinking about my schedule, I understand the importance of creating a powerful support network. I have also gained the understanding that I cannot do everything on my own, and requesting assistance is not a weakness. Be it a need to lean on a family to get emotional support or a group of classmates to give me tips on how to study, these networks relieve me of stress and keep me grounded. Boundaries also help to get support by reminding other people that I need my time or attention (Chen et al., 2023). With the help of the people around me who support my development and health, I am in a better position to deal with life demands and remain focused on my personal and academic objectives.

Personal Responsibility
One way of being accountable to myself is by owning my time. I observed the extent of energy I spend on work and commuting, and the little I have to spend on myself. Being responsible implies that I will have to put my time first and secure it. That could involve saying no to unwarranted commitments or reducing distractions, such as spending too much time on the phone. I am training to be mindful of what I can and cannot do, as well as to plan. Once I can be in control of my decisions, I feel less controlled. This feeling of ownership is my source of motivation, and it helps me to remain focused on what counts, such as school, health, and overall balance (Peykar et al., 2023).

Success Plans
I have some specific strategies that I am using in order to manage my time better and eliminate stress. I now have non-negotiable blocks that consist of meal preparation, relaxation, and exercise. Such experiences revitalize me and keep me physically and mentally healthy. Time-blocking is also a technique that I rely on to be organized and not to multitask. Routine helps me to stay on track and reduce procrastination. I will also check my weekly schedule frequently and make changes whenever necessary (Peykar et al., 2023). These actions are not only to relieve in the short term, but they also form part of the long-term strategies in order to succeed in school, remain healthy, and establish sustainable practices in the future.

To continue to have meaningful relationships (R), I will plan and participate in one social engagement or video call with a friend or family member each week (S), keep a record of such interactions (M), which will be possible despite the hectic schedule (A), within the next two months (T). |

I would decrease the number of drinks per week to at most one alcoholic beverage (S), and abstinence of any form of tobacco or recreational drug use (S), keep track of my decisions with a health tracker (M) which helps me adhere to a life style of health (A), and the 60 days (T) would help me to achieve a more positive result in terms of overall health (R). |
