Simulation activities, orientation feedback analysis, and quality metric reviews based on performance dashboards were also included in these practice hours. The 50 hours were a good, practical experience of using leadership, communication, and system-thinking skills in the real-life clinical environment with the objective of enhancing patient outcomes and safety.
