However, if a writer has already been assigned, you can still request a cancellation and receive a refund of 70% of the order’s cost. This refund percentage also applies if less than half of the time between order placement and the deadline has passed.

If more than half of the time between order placement and the deadline has passed, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50%. After delivery, if you haven’t downloaded the paper and the circumstances leading to the cancellation were beyond your control, a refund of up to 30% might be considered.

Please note that once the paper has been completed and delivered to your order page on time, you cannot cancel the order. In such cases, you can only request a refund through the “Refund” button on your order page if there are quality concerns.
