b) A hydraulic cylinder operated a stamping machine starts to stamp out metal plate by pressing two push buttons (S1 and S2) together (see Figure 1). Once it stamps out the metal plate, the hydraulic cylinder, Q1 returns to its initial position. A red light, Q2 will be switched ON when the stamp is stamping and switched off when the stamping is at rest. The machine would not work if the safety door, S3 is not closed properly.
