As a Senior Learning Designer in the Learning & Development Division of your Organisation (educational institution/provider or workplace), you have been asked to design a Learning Needs Analysis Plan and propose it to your new Director of Learning & Development. Your 3,000-word paper will demonstrate your competence in designing a learning needs analysis, and should include the following:

1. Provide a background of the organisation (e.g. vision/mission and how it shapes the learning needs of staff) and the profile of your target group of professionals. Include current and future competencies relevant for your target group of professionals and the industry. (20 marks)
