• Choose a company to complete a Value Chain Analysis on. You may not choose: Tesla or Apple. 
• Create a PowerPoint slide deck with an analysis of the business’s value chain.
  • Slide 1: The title slide – the company’s name and your name
  • Slide 2: Value Chain graphic: use this Value Chain Analysis Template by saving a copy of it on your computer. Take a screenshot of the completed value chain graphic to paste onto your PowerPoint slide. (On the graphic, include 1-2 sentences within each Activity box to describe the company’s specific activities.) Do remember to include a numerical margin expressed as a percentage %. (You may find this from public financial statements. If you cannot find the actual margin for the company you are analyzing, you may use an average margin for a typical company in that industry.)
  • Slide 3: For each of the Primary Activities, how might AI tools be incorporated? (At least 1 example per activity.)
  • Slide 4: For each of the Support Activities, how might AI tools be incorporated? (At least 1 example per activity.)
  • Slide 5: Executive Summary (no complete sentences). What are the overall benefits to the operational value chain given advances in AI?
